Dinner is smelling amazing, so looking forwards to Angelica finishing work so we can enjoy our family meal together. My head is swirling with all sorts of exciting things for the future, as my health issues continue to improve I have made plans and will be pretty much in meetings all week to decide on an improves program for this year. Well today I went for my last official weigh in with Lindsey at Tipping The Balance before my operation and was over the moon that the scales are showing a 2.7kg drop in my weight since three weeks ago. It must be all that exercise at the gym and at home every day that is contributing to this success.
